摘  要:目的:优选和胃消痞合剂的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,分别以芍药苷的含量和醇浸膏量为量化指标,优选水提醇沉和乙醇提取的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳水提醇沉工艺为A1B3C2D2,即药材加10倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次1.5h,醇沉浓度为70%;醇提工艺最优方案为A1B3C2D1,即药材加6倍量70%的乙醇,浸泡0.5h,回流提取3次,时间分别为1.5,1,1h。结论:经正交设计优化的和胃消痞合剂的制备工艺可行。OBJECTIVE To choose the optimal extraction process of Hewei Xiaopi mixture. METHODS By orthogonal method, with the content of paeoniflorin by HPLC and extraction of ethanol as indexes, the optimal water and ethanol extraction condition was studies. RESULTS The optimum water extraction is as follows: ten times of water, extracting twice by relux, 1.5 hours for each time and 70% alcohol-semdiment. The optimum ethanol extraction is as follows:six times of 70% ethanol, extracting 3 times each time 1.5,1,1 hours. CONCLUSION The process choosed in this experiment is practicable and can be applied for preparation of Hewei Xiaopi Mixture.
