摘 要:目的:研究红外光谱(IR)是否可以反映枳实中黄酮类成分的种类差异。方法:HPLC确定枳实中黄酮类成分的种类;傅里叶变换红外光谱测定仪测定IR,以对照药材的IR为基准,红外光谱测定仪软件计算其他样品的IR与对照药材的相关系数。结果:11个批次枳实按主要黄酮类成分种类分成两类,8个批次含有新橙皮苷和柚皮苷其中包括枳实对照药材,3个批次不含有新橙皮苷和柚皮苷。含有新橙皮苷和柚皮苷的7个批次样品的IR与对照药材比较相关系数在0.90以上,含有新橙皮苷和柚皮苷的它们的IR存在高度的相关性,而不含有新橙皮苷和柚皮苷的3个批次枳实它们的IR与对照药材相比相关系数小于0.50。结论:IR可以判断枳实中黄酮类成分种类差异。OBJECTIVE To study whether the infrared spectrum could be used to identify the species differences of flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. METHODS HPLC was used to determine the flavonoid species in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, and FTIR was used to measure the infrared spectrum. RESULTS Eleven samples of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus were devided into two classes by whether containing neohesperidin and naringin. Eight samples containing neohesperidin and naringin including the control sample and the coefficient correlations of their infrared spectrum were above 0. 90 compared to the control sample, while the coefficient correlations of other three groups which don't containing neohesperidin and naringin were below 0. 50 compared to the control sample. CONCLUSION The infrared spectrum could be used to analysis the species differences of flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.
