摘 要:为优化新桥硫铁矿的凿岩爆破参数及爆破工艺,开展了系列单孔爆破漏斗试验。根据爆破漏斗试验的结果,选择不同凿岩参数,在新桥硫铁矿W523和W525采场进行了现场工业试验。利用BP神经网络对工业试验结果进行优选,以得到更为合理的爆破参数。综合分析,最终推荐矿山凿岩爆破参数为:炮孔排拒(最小抵抗线)1.1 m,炮孔间距1.3 m,炸药总单耗0.456 7 kg/t。实际应用表明,选择的凿岩爆破参数合理,极大地降低了生产成本。In order to optimize blasting parameters and technologies in Xinqiao Pyrite Mine, a series of single hole blasting crater test were carried out. Based on the results of crater test,the industrial experiments were also car- fled out in W523 and W52.5 stope of Xinqiao Pyrite Mine for choosing different drilling parameters. By using BP neu- ral network, the industrial test results were optimized to obtain more reasonable blasting parameters. Drilling and blas- ting parameters were ultimately recommended through analyzing as follows:row-space of holes is 1.1 m, interval of holes is 1.3 m and the sum of unit explosive consumption is 0.456 7 kg/t. The actual application shows that the se- lection of the drilling and blasting parameters are reasonable and the production cost was greatly reduced.
