摘　　要：目的了解昆明市厂矿企业职工健康状况对企业生产力的影响。方法采用自制的职业人群基本情况调查表、健康测量量表SF-8及工作生产力和生产力受损—一般健康状况问卷对昆明市21家厂矿企业的1187名职工进行健康状况调查,对健康状况和工作生产力进行相关分析。结果昆明市厂矿企业职工的健康状况总体水平普遍偏低,生理健康状况得分(49.97±6.62)分,50分以下占58.2%;心理健康状况得分(48.78±7.46)分,50分以下占58.1%。通过对影响企业生产力的因素进行多因素分析,生理健康和心理健康是企业生产力的主要影响因素。结论昆明市职业人群的总体健康水平偏低,生理健康、心理健康、年龄及文化程度是影响企业生产力的主要因素,职工良好的健康状况对企业的生产力具有促进作用。建议企业要重视职工的健康问题,应采取相应措施提高职工的健康水平,进而提高企业的经济效益。Objective To assess the effect of employees＇ health status on productivity of enterprises in Kunming city. Methods Self designed occupational health surveillance from, the short-form general health, survey（SF8） and work productivity and activity impairment-general health（WPAI-GH）guestionnaires were investigated in 1187 workers from 21 enterprises in Kunming city. Correlations between productivity of enterprises and health status were analyzed by multiple linear regressions. Results As a whole the employees health status in Kunming was rather low. The average score of physiological health states was 49. 97±6.62, those below 50 points accounted for 58.2± The average score of psychological health was 48.78± 7.46, those below 50 points accounted for 58. 1 %. By multiple linear regression analysis on factors influencing the productivity, it was found that physiological health and psychological health were the main influencing factors. Conclusions The general health status of working population is rather low in Kunming city. The major influencing factors on productivity are physiological health, psychological health, age and education level. Good health plays an important role in promoting the productivity of enterprises. The results suggest that corresponding measures should be taken to promote the health of workers, thereby improving the cost effect of enterprises.
