摘　　要：文章对包钢3#高炉(2 200 m3)开炉及达产的生产操作经验进行了总结。在开炉生产中,采用全焦开炉,科学配料计算,优化装料方案、制定合理的操作制度,加强炉内操作和炉前出铁,实现开炉3天快速达产。This article summarizes blow- in and the operating experiences of arrival at No. 3 blast furnace（2 200 m3） full capacity of Baotou Steel Corporation. With adopting coke only, calculating the burden scientifically, optimizing the charging plans, and establishing reasonable operating regulations in the process of blow - in, as well as reinforcing the furnace operations and tapping,the full capacity was rapidly arrived in 3 days of blow -in.
