摘 要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在中药饮片管理中的应用。方法:将品管圈活动应用到中药饮片的管理中,分析中药饮片变质的原因,制定相应的对策并实施,同时评估该活动的效果。结果:开展品管圈活动后,中药饮片变质品种有所减少,下降比例达50%以上,活动收到良好效果。结论:推行品管圈活动,能提高中药饮片的质量,确保临床用药安全、有效及减少药材损耗。OBJECTIVE: To discuss the application of quality control circle activity in the management of Chinese decoction pieces. METHODS: The quality control circle activity was applied in the management of Chinese decoction pieces to analyze the causes of the quality degeneration of the Chinese decoction pieces, meanwhile set and meanwhile enforce appropriate countermeasures assessing the outcome o[ the activity. RESULTS: The quality control circle activity achieved a satisfactory outcome, which decreased the varieties of the degenerated Chinese decoction pieces by up to 50%. CONCLUSION: The practice of quality control circle activity may help improve the quality of Chinese decoction pieces, ensure clinical safety and effective drug use and reduce waste of medicinal substances.
