摘  要:本文旨在观察日粮不同NFC/RDP水平对围产奶牛血清瘦素(LEP)、胰岛素(INS)、胰高血糖素(PG)以及甲状腺素(Thyroxine)的影响。试验将健康的围产期荷斯坦奶牛48头随机分为6组,每组8头。于产前28d起各组饲喂能氮水平一定,NFC/RDP分别为5.14(Ⅰ),3.46(Ⅱ),4.00(Ⅲ),5.12(Ⅳ),3.33(Ⅴ),2.87(Ⅵ)的日粮,产后各组奶牛均饲喂牛场常规日粮,试验至产后7d结束。试验结果表明,日粮NFC/RDP为4.00的处理组(Ⅲ)奶牛产后血清瘦素水平极显著高于其它各组(p<0.01)。日粮NFC/RDP为2.87的处理组(Ⅵ)血清胰岛素水平产前14d和产后1d高于其它组。日粮NFC/RDP为2.87的处理组(Ⅵ)血清胰高血糖素产前14d极显著高于VI组(p<0.01)。日粮NFC/RDP为4.00的处理组(Ⅲ)奶牛血清甲状腺素浓度在产前14d,产后1d和产后7d均极显著的高于其它各试验组(p<0.01)。试验结果说明日粮NFC/RDP水平与奶牛血清瘦素、胰岛素、胰高血糖素以及甲状腺素浓度存在着较密切的关系,而日粮NFC/RDP为4.00的处理组(Ⅲ)对于维持奶牛能氮平衡状况具有最好的效果。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of different proportion of NFC and RDP in Diet on Blood Concentrations of Leptin,Insulin,Pancreas Glucagon and Thyroxine in transition Cows. Forty- eight healthy transition cows were randomly allocated into six groups and respectively fed diets with different proportion of NFC and RDP as follows : 5.14( Ⅰ ) ,3.46( Ⅱ ) ,4.00( Ⅲ) ,5.12 ( Ⅳ ) ,3.33 ( Ⅴ ) ,2.87( Ⅵ ) during the last 28 days before the expected calving date . The result showed leptin concentration in cows fed the proportion 4.00 were significantly highger than others( P 〈 0.01 ) after calving. Insulin concentration in cows fed the proportion 2.87 was higher than others on the 14 th day before calving and the 1 st day after calving. Pancreas Glucagon concentration in cows fed the proportion 2.87 was significantly higher than others on the 14 th day before calving. Thyroxine concentration in cows fed the proportion 4.00 were significantly highger than others on the 14 st day before calving , the 1 st day and the 7 th day after calving. It suggestted that different proportion of NFC and RDP in diet may affect the blood concentrations of leptin, insulin , pancreas glucagon and thyrexine in the transition Cows. Proportion 4.00 maybe have the best effect.
