带有联结件的电阻点焊新工艺试验研究

摘　　要：传统的电阻点焊焊点表面存在压痕和凹陷,而且热影响区大,影响试件的表面质量和美观性。本文针对传统电阻点焊的不足,提出了带有联结件的电阻点焊新工艺,介绍了新工艺的工作原理,并与不加联结件的传统电阻点焊工艺进行了对比分析。For the traditional spot welding, it has the faults of surface deformation and the bigger HAZ, affecting the surface quality and beauty. A new spot welding technology with joining element is proposed in this paper, the principle of the new technology is presented and a comparison with the traditional spot welding is conducted.
