摘 要:在青海高寒地区对生长2年的青海扁茎早熟禾地下生物量积累季节动态进行研究,探讨其形成规律。结果表明:青海扁茎早熟禾主根、根茎、毛根及地下总生物量随着生育期的推进呈"U"型变化,枯黄期各器官生物量最大,分别为158.07g/m2、288.36g/m2、251.64g/m2、698.07g/m2。主根和根茎积累的关键时期分别为种子成熟后1个半月和牧草进入枯黄前的1个半月,毛根在整个生育期增长比较平缓。枯黄期,青海扁茎早熟禾地下根茎长度、分蘖芽数最大,分别为257.18m/m2和6430个/m2,其增加的关键时期为成熟期至枯黄期。青海扁茎早熟禾主根、根茎、毛根和地下总生物量与返青后天数间符合一元三次函数变化,分蘖芽和根茎长与返青后天数间分别符合一元二次和一元五次函数变化。The accumulation dynamics of underground biomass of Poa pratensis var. anceps cv. Qinghai growing for two years in Alpine Region, Qinghai province, was studied to disclose the regulation of underground biomass accumulation. The results showed that the total underground biomass and the biomasses of main root, rhizome and capillary root varied in "U" shape along with the growth of Poa pratensis var. anceps cv. Qinghai, and their maximal biomass were accumulated at withering stage, 158.07g/m^2 , 288.36g/m^2, 251.64g/m^2 , 698.07g/m^2 , respectively. The crucial period when main root and rhizome biomass was accumulated was in one month and a half after grass maturing and in one month and a half before the plant withering, respectively, while biomass accumulation of capillary roots was gentle during the whole growing period. The length of rhizome and number of tiller were maximal, 257.18m/m^2 and 6430/m^2, respectively, in the withering period, the crucial period for number of tiller increasing was from grass maturity to withering period. The relation between the biomasses of root, rhizome, capillary root, the underground biomass and growth days was the function y=a+bx+cx+dx3. The relation between the number of tiller, length of rhizome and growth days was the function y=a+bx+cx^2 , y=a+bx+cx^2+dx^3+ex^4+fx^5 , respectively.
