摘 要:利用选择性培养基对不同养分条件下草地早熟禾根际三大微生物类群进行分离、测数分析,结果表明:根际细菌数量与土壤养分条件呈正相关,随着土壤养分条件的降低数量呈降低趋势;根际放线菌数量随养分的降低呈先下降后上升的趋势;真菌数量与养分条件呈负相关,随着养分条件的降低,根际真菌的数量逐渐增加,导致草地早熟禾草坪根际土壤由"细菌型"向"真菌型"转化。The rhizosphere microflora variation of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi of Kentucky bluegrass under different soil nutrient conditions were studied with selective culture medium to explain the response regular of this grass to different nutrient conditions. The main results showed that the quantity of bacterium presented positive correlation with soil nutrients, the quantity showed depressed tendency with debase of nutrient conditions, but fungi quantity presented negative correlation with soil nutrients, it increased gradually with debase of the nutrient conditions, which resulted in the rhizosphere soil of Kentucky bluegrass turned into fungi type from bacterium type.
