心理咨询和治疗师与来访者的性关系调查及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解心理咨询和治疗师与来访者的性关系状况及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法，以自编“心理咨询和治疗伦理问题调查问卷（咨询师版）”作为评价工具，对全国1000名心理咨询和治疗师进行调查，共回收有效问卷601份。结果在601份有效回答中，37．1％和32．3％的被调查者回答会特别喜欢某些来访者或者被来访者所吸引；11％和9．8％的被调查者会被来访者性吸引和产生性幻想；3．7％的被调查者与来访者“超出治疗关系程度，但未发生性关系”，0．8％发生过性关系；约10％的被调查者认为从业过程中对来访者的性吸引或性幻想符合伦理。结论目前国内心理咨询和治疗从业者与来访者建立性的双重关系现象并不罕见。性别、咨询年限、是否为督导师、平均每周咨询或治疗时间、以及患者的咨询次数是影响心理咨询和治疗师被来访者性吸引的主要影响因素。Objective It aims to understand the current states on sexual relationships with clients among the Chinese counselors and psychotherapists,and to explore the associated factors with this issue. Methods 1000 counselors around China were asked and investigated with the self-questionnaire of the ethical problems in psycho- therapeutic and counseling practice. The feedback repliers were 601 （ response rate was 60. 1% ）. Results A- mong 601 responders,37.1% and 32.3% of the counselors and psychotherapists reported that they had the experi- ences of loving some clients or being attracted by their clients, 1 1% of responders answered they had an experience of sexual attraction to one client at least,and about 9.8% of them reported that they would like to be engaging in sexual fantasies or imaging on their treated clients. There were 3.7% of responders reported they had a very closer relationship with client than the treatment relations but no sex behaviors,and O. 8% of responders reported they had a sexual behavior or love making with their clients in counseling practice. About 10% of responders concerned maybe OK that with clients keeping a sexual imaging. Conclusion The sexual dual relationship issue between counselors/psychotherapists and their clients is not rare in China. The associated factors with this ethical issue consisted of senior （3-5 working years） ,male,working time is over lO-hour or more than 10 sessions per week,and supervisor.
