摘 要:目的以医生集体效能为团体调节变量来探讨医生应对效能与职业倦怠的关系。方法采用应对效能量表、集体效能信念量表和中国职业倦怠问卷对11所医院的461名医生进行调查,对变量进行相关分析与多层分析。结果1.医生职业倦怠轻、中、重度的比率分别为20.17%、21.47%、25.60%;2.应对效能与情感耗竭、人格解体和成就感降低之间均呈显著的负相关(r=-0.607,r=-0.539,r=-0.785,P〈0.01);3.应对效能显著负向预测情感耗竭、人格解体与成就感降低(β=-0.394,β=-0.479,β=-0.572,P〈0.01);集体效能对应对效能与人格解体、成就感降低之间关系的正向预测作用极其显著(β=-0.045,β=-0.062,P〈0.01)。结论应对效能对职业倦怠有显著负向预测作用,集体效能会调节应对效能对职业倦怠的预测作用。Objective To study the relationship between job burnout and coping self-efficacy and modula- tion valuables of collective efficacy for doctors. Methods 461 doctors from 11 hospitals were surveyed by ques- tionnaires. Results 1. Among these physicians,20.17% subjects experienced slight burnout,21.47% subjects experienced moderate burnout and 25.60% subjects experienced high burnout. 2. Coping self-efficacy was nega- tively related to emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment( r= -0. 607, r= -0. 539, r = -0. 785, P 〈 0.01 ). 3. On emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accom- plishment,coping self-efficacy was a significant negative anticipation gene (β = - 0. 394,β = - 0. 479,β = - 0. 572, P 〈 0.01 ). On hospital work department level, doctor collective efficacy can positively anticipate the re- lation between coping self-efficacy and depersonalization,diminished personal accomplishment( β = -0. 045,β = - 0. 062, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Coping self-efficacy obviously predicted job burnout. Collective efficacy pos- itively predicts the relation between coping self-efficacy and job burnout.
