摘　　要：本文首先简要分析了合理最低价中标的含义特点以及发展趋势,接着从政府部门应加强的工作、招标单位应加强的工作、投标单位应加强的工作、积极推行和加强工程保证担保制度四个方面分析了在当前形势下如何应对合理最低价中标,最后对全文进行了总结。Firstly, this article preliminary analyzed the meaning, feature and development tendency of ＂Win Bidding at Reasonable Lowest Price＂, and then analyzed how to cope with this problem from the four aspects as the works that the government, tenderee and bidders should reinforce, the positive attitude of advancing the system of engineering guarantee. Finally, this article summarized the full-text.
