秭归空心李染色体的核型分析

摘　　要：[目的]对秭归空心李进行染色体核型分析,以期进一步探讨秭归空心李系统及其染色体组的演化和进化地位。[方法]取秭归空心李,根尖压片法制片、镜检、拍照,并对50个染色体状态分散良好的细胞进行染色体计数及核型分析。[结果]秭归空心李的染色体数目为2n=14,染色体基数为x=7,核型公式为2n=2x=14=8m+2Sm+2St+2T,即有4对属于中部着丝点区染色体,1对属于近中部着丝点区染色体,1对属于近端部着丝点区染色体及1对属于端部着丝点染色体。核型属于Stebbins核型分类中的"2B"类型,染色体的相对长度变化范围为8.02%～23.28%,臂比变化范围为1.28～∞,最长与最短的染色体的长度比为2.90,核型不对称性系数As.K%为66.35%。[结论]从核型分类以及核型不对称系数值来看,在系统演化上,秭归空心李属于进化程度相对较高的种类。[Objective] The chromosome karyotype of Prunus salicina cv. ＂Ziguikongxin＂ was researched,expeeting for more discussing Prunus salicina cv. ＂Ziguikongxin＂ system as well as its chromosome evolvement and evolution status. [ Method ] The root of Prunus salicina cv. ＂Ziguikongxin＂ was used for applying fingertip pressing flake method, checking under microscope, taking photos, and the number and karyotype of Prunus salicina cv. ＂Ziguikongxin＂ of 50 ceils which had the best spread around chromosome state were made. [ Result ] The number of Prunus salicina cv. ＂Ziguikongxin＂ was 2n = 14, the basic number was x = 7, the karotype formula was 2n = 2x = 14 = 8m ＋ 2Sm ＋ 2St ＋ 2T. Namely 4 pairs belonged to centre part centromere area chromosome, 1 pair belonged to near centre part eentromere area chromosome, 1 pair belonged to near end part centromere area chromosome and 1 pair belonged to end part centromere chromosome. The karyotype belonged to ＂2B＂ type of Stebbins＇ karyotypic symmetry, the diversification area of the relatively length was 8.02% -23.28% , the arm ratio was 1.28 -∞ , the length ratio of the longest to the shortest chromosome was 2.90 ,and the AS. K% was 66.35 %. [ Conclusion] From the karyotype and the AS. K% ,Prunus salieina cv. ＂Ziguikongxin＂ pertain to lofty evolution class in the system evolvement.
