摘  要:[目的]从来自三亚地区的102份土壤样品中筛选苏云金芽孢杆菌,并进行生物活性测定。[方法]采用温度筛选法进行苏云金芽孢杆菌的分离,采用形态观察、生物活性分析手段对菌株进行研究。[结果]经过筛选获得21株菌株,分离频率为20.6%,镜检可观察到球形、菱形、方形、不规则形等主要形态的伴孢晶体。室内生物活性测定结果表明:J24-1菌株对小菜蛾具有高感染力。[结论]分离到的菌株产生的伴孢晶体形态各异,体现了三亚地区Bt资源的多样性;出土率较高说明三亚地区可能蕴含着大量未知的Bt资源。[Objective] The research aimed to screen Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)from 102 soil samples collected from Sanya region,and deter mine its bioactivity. [ Method ] The temperature screening method, morphological observation and bioactivity analysis were adopted to separate and study Bt,respectively. [ Result] 21 wild strains of Bt were isolated and unearthed rate of Bt strains form soil was 20.6%. Several shapes of crystals were observed such as spherical, diamond, square,irregular-shaped and so on. Bioassay of 21 strains to Plutella xylostella was carried on and J24- 1 had high virulence. [ Conclusion] Different crystals patterns reflected the diversity of Bt resources; the higher unearthed rate indicated that a large number of unknown Bt resources were contained in Sanya region.
