摘　　要：一个和谐的经济至少应该在经济要素配置上、经济利益关系上、经济活动之间的联系上实现和谐。和谐的经济有赖于和谐的制度,一个符合经济和谐内在要求的经济制度应该具有自动生成和谐与秩序的内在机制。没有任何一个经济制度可以自动实现经济和谐或者说没有任何一个制度是一个完全和谐的经济制度。市场经济尽管具有许多不尽如人意的地方,但由于市场经济本身具有一种符合经济和谐要求的内在机制,因而它成为构建和谐经济的制度基础。Harmonious economy should realize the harmony at least in the economical essential factor disposition, between the economic relations and between the economic activity relates. The harmonious economy depends on the harmonious system. The economic system which conforms to intrinsic request of economic harmony is supposed to have intrinsic mechanism which can automatically product harmony and order. Any economic system has not automatically realized the economic harmony. Or to say any system has not been a completely harmonious economic system. Though the market economy is not perfect,it has the intrinsic mechanism which conforms to the economic harmony request, which becomes the system foundation to con struct harmonious economy.
