摘 要:目的探讨新生儿游泳对新生儿神经和生长发育的影响。方法选择在本院产科分娩的足月新生儿180例,按家长意愿分为游泳组和对照组,每组各90例。两组新生儿均接受新生儿常规护理,而游泳组新生儿在此基础上进行游泳。结果游泳组新生儿在出生42d和90d的体重和身高较对照组新生儿有所增长(均P<0.05);游泳组12月龄的新生儿感冒人数较对照组少(P<0.05)。游泳组新生儿在12月龄时,其在大运动、精细动作、语言和适应行为方面都优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论新生儿期开展游泳有助于新生儿的体格和智能发育。Objective To explore the effect of neonatal swimming on neonatal nerve system and growth and development. Methods A total of 180 full-term neonates delivered in Obstetrics of the hospital were randomly divided into the swimming group and the control group according to the parents will,with 90 neonates in each group. Both groups of newborns received routine nursing, and neonates in the swimming group swam. Results There was a significant increase in the body weight and height on 42nd day and 90th day after birth in the swimming group when compared with the control group; the incidence of cold in 12-month-old infants in the swimming group were less than that of the control group(P 〈 0.05). In the swimming group, the development of gross activities, fine activities, language and adaptive behavior of 12-month-old infants were superior to that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Swimming in neonatal period is helpful to the infant physical and intelligent growth and development.
