造口治疗师开展专科护理的实践及护理成效

摘　　要：目的总结本院造口治疗师开展造口专科护理的护理成效。方法成立慢性伤口造口护理专科,由具有获世界造口治疗师协会认可的执业资格证书的造口治疗师全职负责,对慢性复杂性伤口、造口及失禁病人实施专科护理服务。结果有效地预防和治疗了造口并发症,提高了造口人的生活质量;缩短了伤口愈合时间和住院日,降低医疗成本;解决临床医疗护理中的造口难题;及时发现病人潜在的问题,协助明确医疗诊断;工作量逐年增加;积极开展教学和科研工作。结论慢性伤口造口护理专科对发展专科护理、培养专科护士、给病人提供专业化和延续性的护理服务及促进我国伤口造口护理专业的发展起到重要的作用。Objective To summarize the experience of specialized enterostomal nursing to improve the nursing service for patients with chronic complex wound, stoma and incontinence in our hospital. Method The chronic complex wound ,the enteroatomal and the incontinence were under the care of enterostomal therapists in our established department of chronic wound and enterostomal nursing, which was approbated by the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists. Results Specialized enterostomal nursing improved the chronic complex wound healing rate, made the healing time short, saved the days that patients spend in hospital, reduced the frequencies to dress the wound and reduced the medical treatment cost. It had solved clinic medical treatment problems such as the fistula and incontinence .It found patients＇ condition in a short time, and helped to make out the medical treatment more clearly, prevented and cured enterostomy complications, thus improving the life quality of patients. Furthermore, nurses get practical improvement through active participation in nursing teaching and research work. Conclusion This specialized chronic wound care and enterostomal nursing provide better professional and consecutive nursing service to patients, and promote the development of specialized nursing service in China.
