天山马鹿清原品系茸重性状的选择差及遗传进展

摘　　要：经对天山马鹿清原品系三个选育阶段种公鹿和同龄群公鹿茸重性状的选择差。遗传进展等有关参数的统计分析表明：Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ选育阶段和1994年的选择差、遗传进展、年改进量分别为1．760kg、0．651kg、0．130kg．2．139kg、0．858kg、0．123kg．3．716kg、1．375kg、0．196kg和4．943kg、1．622kg、0．277kg；各代种公鹿──系祖鹿、F1、F2、F3、F4的选择差、遗传进展和年改进量分别为：2．260kg、0．863kg、0．091kg，2．089kg、0．773kg、0．095％kg，4.239kg、1．586kg、0．196kg，0．410kg、0．152kg、0．028kg，0．630kg、0．023kg、0．061kg。这对于进一步将其培育成品种提供了科学的理论依据。Analasis of statistics about selection differential and genetie advance of sire stag and same year herd stag antler weight in three selective breeding stage in QingYuan Strain of Tianshan Wapiti (Cerous elaphus songaricus ), It shows that selection differential genetie advance and year-inproved-quantity in selective breeding stage Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ and 1994 year is 1. 760kg, 0. 65kg, 0. 130kg, 2. 139kg, 0. 858kg,, 0. 123kg, 3. 716kg, 1. 375kg, 0. 196kg and 4. 943kg, 1. 622kg, 0. 277kg, In every generation sire stag-line ancestor F1, F2, F3, and F4 is 2. 260kg, 0. 836kg, 0. 091kg, 2. 089kg, 0. 773kg, 0. 095kg, 4. 239kg, 1. 568kg, 0. 196kg, 0. 410kg, 0. 153kg, 0. 028kg, 0. 630kg, 0. 023kg, 0. 061kg. It provides scientific theory basis for further cultivating breed.
