摘 要:应用15N研究不同施氮量对烤烟氮素营养的效应。结果表明,每株烤烟施10g纯氮比施8g,9g和11g,吸收硝酸钾中的氮素,分别高28.99%,15.72%和7.77%;吸收土壤中氮素分别高28.41%,9.58%和20.04%;吸收总氮分别高31.32%,10.81%和21.09%。氮素在烤烟各器官中的分布为叶>茎>根。每株烤烟施10g纯氮,比施8g,9g和11g的单叶重,分别高7.77%,5.90和6.42%;茎围分别高9.29%,7.18%和10.06%;每株叶面积分别高19.72%,17.26%和22.89%;总干物重分别增加26.05%,11.55%和14.09%。The isotype 15N was used to monitor the effects of different N rates in N nutrition status of fluecured tobacco plants. Compared with the treatments of 8,9 and 11 g N/plant, respectively, the N taken up by the plants from K15NO3 increased by 28.99%, 15.72% and 7.77%; the N absorbed from soil nitrogen by 28.41%, 9.58% and 20.04%; and total N uptake by 31.32%, 10.81% and 21.09%. The disribution of N in various parts of the plant showed a pattern of leaf>stem>root. Again, as compared with the treatments of 8,9% and 11 g N/plant, leaf weight in the treatment of 10 g N/plant increased by 7.77%, 5.90% and 6.42%, the perimeter of the plant by 9.29%, 7.18% and 10.06%; leaf area per plant by 19.72%, 17.26% and 22.89%; and total dry matter by 26.05%, 11.55% and 14.09%, respectively.
