摘　　要：结合当前金融危机背景下我国房地产业发展的现状,分析了产生这些结果的原因,对房地产业的发展提出了一些建议,以规范房地产领域中的投资现象,推动房地产业的良性发展。By combining with the current situation of the development of the real estate in China in the financial crisis,the paper analyzes reasons for these results,and points out some suggestions for the development of the development of the real estate,so as to regulate the investment of the real estate field,and to improve the benign development of the industry.
