摘　　要：阐述了城市拆迁的意义,分析了我国城市房屋拆迁中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了解决问题的对策,以保证房屋拆迁的顺利进行,充分发挥城市拆迁的作用,更好地促进城市建设的发展。The paper illustrates the significance of the urban demolition,analyzes problems in the urban house-demolition in China,and points out some strategies to solve these problems,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the house demolition,to fully exert the role of the urban demolition,and to enhance the development of the urban construction.
