摘　　要：分析了工程招投标中不正当竞争行为的表现形式,同时总结了防止这些不正当竞争行为的措施,实践证明,招标投标制度是比较成熟且科学合理的工程承包发包方式,也是保证建设工程质量,取得理想经济效益的最佳方法。The expression form of unfair competition behavior in engineering bidding was analyzed,and the measures of preventing the unfair competition were generalized.The practice indicated that the bidding system was more mature and scientific engineering contract award form,and also was the best method to guarantee construction engineering quality and obtain ideal economic efficiency.
