摘  要:血红素加氧酶(HO)是血红素降解的起始酶和限速酶,其主要功能是代谢血红素成为一氧化碳、胆绿素及铁离子。HO-1是HO的一种同工酶,为诱导型HO。HO-1及血红素代谢产物具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、扩张血管等生理作用。HO-1作为一种重要的应激蛋白,在急性肾脏损伤、肾小球肾炎、肾间质纤维化等肾脏疾病的病理生理发展过程中发挥着重要的保护作用,有效地调控其表达有可能成为预防和治疗相关疾病的新策略。Heme oxygenase(H0) ,which functions in metabolizing heme into carbon monoxide, biliverdin and ferri ion, is the initial enzyme and restriction enzyme in the degrative reaction of heme. HO-1 is an inducing HO, which is an isoenzyme of HOs. The physiological effects of HO-1 and the heme metabolite include anti-in- flammation, anti-oxidation, anti-apoptosis, dilation of blood vessels, and etc. It is proved that HO-1 is an important stress-reactive protein, which dramatically increases and exerts cytoprotective action when the body gets injured. HO-1 plays an important role in the protective function of renal diseases such as acute kidney injury, glomerulonephritis, renal interstitial fibrosis, and etc. It would be a new strategy to prevent and cure the correlated diseases if the expression of HO-1 could be regulated effectively.
