摘 要:依据由联合国清洁能源发展机制委员会(UNFCCC)批准的"基于联产系统的废热或废气的基准线方法论"(AM0032),以非热电联产实施下的自行供热、供气为计算基础,对沧州区化工产业园区进行了热电联产项目实施的减排量计算。通过对烟气治理后烟气排放量、排放浓度计算,表明热电联产项目近期工程投产后,由各厂自建锅炉供热每年可折合减少CO2排放量247171.214t。分析了电厂烟气治理措施对大气的影响,该项目建设具有明显的环境、经济和社会效益。Based on the datum line methodolosy for waste-gas-or-waste-heat-based cogeneration system certified by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and calculations of non-heat, self-supplied heat and gas cogenerations, emission reduction waz tested in Cangzhou Industrial Park. Through calculations of the amounts and density of gas and smoke emissions after the emissions, the impact of emissions from power plants on the atmosphere has been brought under control. The result shows that an annual reduction of carbon dioxide is to 247171.214 tons since CCHP was put into production, and this project has brought about environmental, economical and social benefits.
