摘　　要：文章通过对我国古代军事体育的产生和发展进行系统的回顾,将其划分为原始社会的萌芽、奴隶社会的形成、封建社会的发展三个发展阶段。在不同的阶段中,军事体育的内容随着社会的进步不断增加,训练方法也逐渐完善,军队的战斗力也随着军事体育的发展逐步增强。The paper does a systematic review of the emergence and development of Military Sports in Ancient China by dividing period into the primitive society, infancy, slave society formation, the development of feudal society, the three stages of development at different stages. With the advance of society, the content of military sports was also enriched, its training methods were perfected gruadually, and army＇s fighting capacity was also gradually increased.
