摘　　要：近年来,全球范围内区域经济合作迅速发展,区域贸易协定(RTA)数量不断增长。在此背景下,签订两岸经济合作框架协议(ECFA)也成为海峡两岸共同关注的议题,在两岸政治关系回暖,经贸关系加快发展的条件下,签署海峡两岸经济合作框架协议已具有一定的可行性,并将为两岸带来较为显著的经济利益,有利于两岸经贸往来的稳定发展。The regional economic cooperation in the world has developed rapidly in recent years, and the number of Regional Trade Agreements （RTA） has been increasing continuously. So it is the issue of mutual interest of the two sides of the Taiwan Straits to sign Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement （ECFA）. With the developing of economic and political relations between the two sides, there were certain feasibilities of ECFA. ECFA would bring obvious economic benefits for the two sides, and greatly promote economic and trade flows between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits.
