摘　　要：介绍为冶炼厂设计的一套(SO2)4.8%～8%的二转二吸硫酸转化系统,通过生产运行,在低、高SO2浓度均能正常生产。在(SO2)4.5%条件下,做到长期自热平衡,转化率达99.9%。对于(SO2)≤5%的气体,可简化为二转二吸,2+1(ⅢⅠ-Ⅱ)流程。A double transformation and double absorption process with φ （SO2） 4.8% - 8% for sulfuric acid production designed for metal smelter is introduced, which operates with low or high SO2 concentration. With φ（SO2） of 4.5%, long time self-thermal balance can be obtained, convertion rate is up to 99.9%; with φ （SO2） ≤ 5%, the process can be simplified to double transformation and double absorption, 2＋1 （Ⅲ Ⅰ-Ⅱ ）.
