摘  要:基于虚拟仪器这一当今自动测试领域的主流设计思想,本文结合近年来完成的两个自动测试系统(ATE)项目的研制工作,给出了基于虚拟仪器的软件设计方法在自动测试系统中的应用实例。As an advanced system design idea in ATE fields, Virtual Instruments (Ⅵ)' has developed very fast in 1990s. Since it combines the advantages of both traditional instrumentation and computer technology, Ⅵ orients the future of ATE system. In recent years, as applications of Ⅵ system design idea, we completed two ATE projects to test analog IC chips and extemal quality of cigarettes respectively. In this paper,we will present some effective Ⅵ-hased software design methods successfully applying in these two ATE projects.
