摘　　要：运用流体力学计算软件(CFD)对某厂步进梁式加热炉进行三维燃烧流场的数值模拟,获得该加热炉的速度、温度和浓度的分布规律。其结果为合理地组织燃烧,进一步提高钢坯加热质量,再优化炉型结构提供了参考依据。The numerical simulation of three-dimensional combustion flow field is carried on a certain walking-beam heating furnace by using fluid mechanics calculation software（CFD）. The speed, density and temperature distributions are obtained. The resuhs of the calculation shall provide fine references for further improvement of the billet heating quality and the structure re-optimization of the furnace.
