灰吹炉在国内外贵铅精炼的应用

摘　　要：贵铅通常采用分银炉火法精炼来提纯,在精炼过程中产生的多种氧化渣都含有较高的金银,使其直收率降低。而采用灰吹炉精炼较好地解决了这一问题。特别是国内采用的灰吹炉使大部分氧化物被灰皿材料吸收后与金银分离,以达到贵金属提纯的目的,同时提高了贵金属的直收率。Noble lead is usually refined by fire refining via silver-smelting furnace. During the process, the gold and silver＇s content of the oxidizing slag produced by refining is high, which leads to a reduce of the direct recovery rate. The use of cupellation furnace could resolve this problem. Especially the application of cupellation furnace in home makes most oxidation isolate from gold and silver after the oxidation is absorbed by cupellation material, so as to purify the noble metals and enhance the direct recovery rate of noble metals.
