摘  要:针对我国许多低渗透油气田储层天然裂缝发育的现状,提出了一种新的裂缝优化方法:首先对区域地应力进行分析,得到能使微裂缝张开的临界净压力;根据净压力与施工砂液比的关系确定平均砂液比;根据平均砂液比确定裂缝导流能力;最后根据导流能力优化裂缝长度。采用该方法进行裂缝优化时,一是需要结合室内方法和现场测试方法获取准确的最大最小主地应力;二是需要获取准确的支撑剂导流能力数据,建议进行裂缝长期导流能力实验。将该方法应用到我国某低渗透油气田,取得了好的应用效果,同时也进一步验证了该方法的可行性。In view of the reservoir natural fracture development status in many low-permeability oil and gas fields in China,a new method of fracturing optimization design is developed.First of all,the regional in-situ stress to get the critical net pressure is analyzed under which microcracks just open,then,according to the relationship between the critical net pressure and the operation sand-liquid ratio,the average sand-liquid ratio is determined,from which the fracture conductivity is confirmed,and finally the fracture length is optimized.Adopting this method for fracturing optimization needs to take two steps,one is to obtain accurate maximum and minimum principal in-situ stresses by combining laboratory with field testing methods;the other is to acquire accurate propping agent conductivity data,besides,the long-term fracture conductivity test is advised to carry out.The application of this method in some low-permeability oil and gas fields in China has achieved good results and further verifies the feasibility of this method.
