新型引气剂对中低强度等级混凝土抗冻性能影响的试验研究

摘　　要：研究了ZY-99型引气剂对中低强度等级混凝土抗冻性能的影响。试验结果表明:在中低强度等级混凝土中掺加新型ZY-99引气剂可明显改善新拌混凝土的和易性、流动性等,减少新拌混凝土的坍落度损失。在相同坍落度条件下,可以降低混凝土拌合物用水量,节约水泥。掺加引气剂的中低强度等级混凝土的抗折强度有所提高,表明混凝土的韧性有所增加。中低强度等级混凝土只要达到一定的引气量,同样可以达到抗冻的F200要求。混凝土强度等级越低,引气对提高其抗冻性能越显著。The new ZY-99 air-entraining agent effect on frost resistance of medium-low grade concrete is studied by experiment.The results show that,in the medium-low grade concrete, mixing new ZY-99 agent can improve the workability of flesh concrete significantly, and also can reduce the slump loss of fresh concrete.Under the same slump,mixing water and cement of the concrete can be saved.Adding new ZY-99 agent, bending strength of the medium-low grade concrete has increased.That indicated toughness of the concrete has been higher.Concrete C15 can meet the antifreeze index F200 by mixed with new ZY-99 agent.The lower the grade of concrete, the more to improve its frost resistance of the concrete with the air-entraining agent.
