高效液相色谱法测定接骨续筋胶囊中柚皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定接骨续筋胶囊中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,10μm);流动相:甲醇-醋酸溶液(38∶62);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:283nm;柱温:40℃;进样量:10μl。结果柚皮苷线性范围为0.1535～0.7675μg(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.67%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于接骨续筋胶囊中柚皮苷的含量测定。Objective To establish an approach using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） for determining naringin in Jieguxujin capsules. Methods The HPLC system consisted of Hypersil BDS C18 column （4.6mm×250mm,10μm） , mixed solvent of methanol-acetic acid solution （1 ml of acetic acid in 15 ml of water）, （38：62） as the mobile phase. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 ml/min, the wavelength of detector was 283 nm, the column temperature was 40℃ and the injection volume was 10μl. Results The linear range of naringin was 0.1535-0.7675 μg （r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.1%, and the RSD was 0.67%. Conclusion The procedure appeared simple, rapid and accurate, which may be used to determine naringin in Jieguxujin capsules.
