对以区域主导产业带动特色经济发展的实证分析与思考

摘　　要：特色经济是在区域资源优势和市场竞争力优势的基础上,通过竞争形成的具有鲜明产业特色及企业、产品特色的经济结构。特色经济是以优势产业为主导的区域经济,主导产业是特色经济的核心,对特色经济的形成、强化和可持续发展具有决定性作用。在河南省构建区域主导产业选择的基准和指标上,综合考虑区域资源状况、产业状况和科技发展水平等因素,科学地选择区域主导产业,强化区域特色经济的竞争力,才能使区域主导产业带动区域特色经济更好地发展。On the basis of regional resource advantage and marketing competition advantage, characteristic economy is the economic structure with the characteristic industries and enterprises and products which are formed by competitions. Characteristic economy is the regional economy led by superior industries and the leading industries is the core of characteristic economy which is critical to the formation, enhancement, and sustainable development of characteristic economy. Therefore, taking Henan Province as the example, this paper explores how to choose rigional leading industry scientifically by the means of configuring the criterion and index applied in the process of choosing it and taking such factors as regional resource condition, industry situation and technology development into consideration. At the same time, it provides some suggestions for the development of regional characteristic economy supported by regional leading industries.
