摘　　要：机车DC600 V电源负载试验台是保证机车直供电系统正常工作的试验设备,文章根据试验台的具体要求,分别设计了采用PLC的负载控制系统和采用工控机的试验数据测量系统。给出了测控系统的硬件电路和测控软件框图。该系统实现了负载的自动调节和电压、电流、纹波等参数的自动检测,实现了试验数据的自动处理和报表的自动生成。The computer measurement and control system for locomotive DC 600 V power load test bench is a test equipment to ensure the locomotive DC power supply system works normally. According to the specific requirements of test bench, the load control system adopted PLC and the test data measurement system adopted Industry Controlling Computer are separately designed in the paper, and the hardwire circuit and software block diagram of the system are also provided. The auto adjustment of the load, the auto detection of the voltage, current, ripple and other parameters, the auto processing of test data and the auto generation of statements are realized in the system.
