摘　　要：介绍了机械密封结构原理,对罐区16台物料泵机械密封比较常见的泄漏原因进行了分析,原因为辅助密封圈、机械密封材质的破损、固体颗粒杂质磨损、装配尺寸有误、压力产生的泄露,并提出解决的对策以及使用注意事项。The structrue principle of mechanical seal was introduced. The tank area sixteen centrifugal pumps mechanical seal common leakage reasons were analysed. The reasons included the leakage caused by the auxiliary seal ring, mechanical seal material, solid particle impurity, assembly dimension errors and pressure. The countermeasures and the points for attention were put forward.
