摘 要:鉴于硅酸铝纤维难于成纸、成纸强度较低的问题,探讨了硅酸铝纤维与一定量的植物纤维配抄对纸张性能的影响。对添加胶粘剂、添加分散剂以及硅酸铝纤维中渣球对混合抄纸时纸张性能的影响进行了详细探讨,并检测了成纸的耐高温性能。结果显示:添加植物纤维能够提高硅酸铝纤维纸的强度,添加一定量的胶粘剂能降低植物纤维的用量,渣球对成纸不利,应该尽可能地除去,分散剂的最佳加入量为0.3%时纸张的匀度较好,同时提高纸张的强度指标。最后经过高温特殊处理之后,纸张能够耐1200℃的高温。In view of being difficult in formation of alumina silicate fiber paper and being low in paper strength, the effect of the papermaking of alumina silicate fibers composed with a certain amount of plant fiber on paper properties was studied, effects of adding adhe- sive, adding dispersant, and the content of residue ball on papermaking performance were studied in detail. The property of resistance to high temperature was tested. The results show that adding plant fibers can raise the paper strength of alumina silicate fiber paper, adding adhesive and dispersant can reduce the quantities of plant fibers, the content of residue ball which should be removed is harmful to paper formation, the optimum dosage of dispersant is 0.3% with the good formation and paper strengthening index can be improved. Finally, after high-temperature special treatment, the paper can resist high temperature of 1200℃.
