摘　　要：自2007年以来．中华纸业杂志社每年出版一期英文版的《CPPI》．今年是第三次出版。这是中国造纸行业首次连续出版的全英文资料．着重介绍中国造纸工业的特色和成就．解读产业政策和发展规划．探析投资环境和市场潜力．研讨技术与装备．交流动态与信息，目的是建起“世界了解中国纸业的窗口”．架起“中国纸业走向世界的桥梁”，促进中国造纸工业的国际化步伐。发行后引起了海外业内人士的广泛关注和极大兴趣，对中国企业拓展海外商机．扩大国际影响起到了良好的作用。The English-Version China Pulp＆ Paper Industry, CPPI, has been issued annually since 200Z and the third issue CPP12009 will be published in September 2009 by China Pulp ＆ Paper Industry Publishing House. CPPI is the first serial publication in English of China paper industry, it focuses on introducing characteristic ＆ achievement and development ＆ information of China paper industry, interpreting industrial policy and development planning, analyzing investment environment and market potential, discussing the development of technology and equipment, so as to open a window for the world to get to know China paper industry and provide an approach for China paper industry to go towards the world＇s advanced level, and to promote the internationalization of China paper industry. CPPI 2007 and CPPI 2008 have got much attention and great interest overseas, it has played an active role for China paper enterprises to enlarge their international influences and expand overseas market.
