地震灾后伤员心理分析及护理

摘　　要：目的：分析地震灾后伤员的心理特点，并采取相应的心理护理措施。方法：根据年龄、受伤程度等个体情况，对伤员的心理状态进行分析，并采取计划性的护理。组织心理互助小组，其中包括心理专家、医生、护士、药师及社会热心人士，每天为每位伤员进行30-60min的心理疏导。结果：本组伤员未出现极端行为，均能积极配合治疗及康复锻炼。其中23例住院3周后表示夜间睡眠质量得到明显改善、心理状态渐趋平稳；3例因伤情复杂，担心预后或伤口疼痛，致睡眠质量欠佳。结论：针对地震伤后伤员的各种心理特点及时进行相应的心理护理，可有效地促进伤员恢复心理平衡。避免其出现极端行为，并促使其配合治疗及康复计划顺利实施。Objective ： To analyze psychological characteristics of wounded persons in earthquake and take appropriate psychological nursing care. Methods ： According to age , degree of injury of the wounded, the analysis of their mentality was made so as to take the plan of nursing care. 30 to 60 minutes psychological instruction was given to those wounded persons by psychologi- cal mutual help groups compose of psychologists, doctors, nurses, pharmacists and social workers. Results： The extreme behav- ior of the wounded did not appear, and they could actively cooperate with doctors and nurses in the treatment and rehabilitation training. The sleep quality was improved in 23 wounded persons after psychological instruction for three weeks and their mental state has gradually became stable; three wounded persons had no improvement in sleep due to the complexity of injury and wor- rying about the prognosis or pain in the wound. Conclusion： Appropriate psychological nursing care responding to psychological characteristics of wounded persons can effectively help them to restore psychological balance, avoid extreme behavior and ensure the treatment effect and smooth implementation of rehabilitation programs.
