摘　　要：国际体育仲裁院应当事人的申请采取临时措施,首先要审查仲裁庭对案件是否具有管辖权以及申请人是否合格。然后根据以往的惯例审查申请人是否将遭受无法弥补的损害、申请人是否拥有胜诉的合理可能性;申请人的利益是否超过其他当事人的利益。Before taking provisional measures as applied by the party concerned, the Court of Arbitration for Sports should first examine if the Court has jurisdiction over the case and if the applicant is eligible, and then examine if the applicant will suffer irreparable damages and if the applicant has a reasonable chance to win the lawsuit according to previous practices, as well as if the interests of the applicant outweigh the interests of other parties concerned.
