摘  要:目的探索联合应用多普勒脐血流测定及胎心无激惹试验(NST)判断胎儿预后的价值。方法联合应用NST及多普勒脐动脉血流速度对682例妊娠晚期孕妇进行观察。结果NST可疑型及无反应型组S/D≥3比反应型组明显升高,在S/D≥3组中羊水污染,1分钟Apgar评分≤7明显高于S/D<3组(P<0.005),NST可疑或无反应型联合S/D≥3预测胎儿预后的特异性明显高于单一NST可疑或无反应型及S/D≥3组。结论NST与多普勒脐动脉血流速度测定联合应用可以提高胎儿宫内缺氧的诊断,为临床纠正宫内缺氧提供了可靠依据。Objective Explore the combined application of umbilical artery Doppler measurement and fetal heart rate non - challenge test (NST) to determine the value of fetal prognosis. Methods Joint Application of NST and Doppler umbilical artery blood flow velocity of 682 eases of third trimester pregnant women were observed. Results The results of NST suspicious -type and non -reactive group of S/D ≥3 than reactive group significantly higher, at S/D ≥3 group sheep water, 1 minute Apgar score ≤7 was significantly higher than S/D 〈 3 group ( P 〈 0. 005 ), NST suspicious or non - reactive United S/D ≥ 3 fetal prognosis prediction specificity was significantly higher than single NST suspicious or non - response - type and S/D≥3 group. Conclusion NST and Doppler umbilical artery blood flow velocity in combination can improve the diagnosis of fetal hypoxia, intrauterine hypoxia for clinical corrected to provide a reliable basis.
