SJY-1防塌钻井液的研究及应用

摘　　要：为解决长北气田双分支水平井φ311.15 mm斜井段钻进中缩径、扩径、坍塌掉块、钻头泥包等井下情况所致的机械钻速低、建井周期长的技术难题,研发出了有机抑制剂,将它与无机抑制剂复配形成复合抑制剂,以其为主要防塌剂优选出了无膨润土的SJY-1防塌钻井液。对该防塌钻井液的防塌性、润滑性及对加重材料的悬浮性能进行了室内评价。结果表明,该钻井液的一次回收率大于85%,二次回收率大于69%,页岩膨胀量降低率最低达72.4%;用DA-Ⅱ动态润滑仪测得60 N侧向力条件下该钻井液的扭矩降低27.5%,摩擦系数降低18.2%。该钻井液在现场试验9口井,均没有出现明显的遇阻现象,岩屑内部呈现干态;稳定井壁的钻井液密度从1.23降至1.18 g/cm^3,使φ311.15 mm井段机械钻速提高了47.7%,施工周期缩短了57.1%;解决了PDC钻头的泥包问题。An organic shale inhibitor was used in combination with an inorganic shale inhibitor in a clay-free drilling fluid to theφ311.15 mm deviated interval in which tight hole,hole washout,sloughing and caving, as well as bit balling were frequently encountered in bilateral horizontal gas wells in Block Changbei. Laboratory evaluation showed that primary shale recovery was greater than 85%,while the secondary recovery greater than 69%.The swelling test on a shale core showed that the decreasing ratio of the swelling of the core was at least 72.4%.Lubrication test done on a DA-Ⅱdynamic lubrication tester showed that torque was reduced by 27.5%at the action of 60 N lateral force,and friction coefficient was reduced by 18.2%.The application of the SJY-1 in 9 wells found no obvious drag.Cuttings from these wells had dry cores.Mud density enough to stabilize the borehole was reduced from 1.23 g/cm^3 to 1.18 g/cm^3,while the average ROP in theφ311.15 mm deviated interval increased by 54%,leading to a reduction in drilling time of 56.4%.Bit balling was minimized in the drilling of these wells.
