摘  要:LYM油田东一段储层属中孔中渗储层,敏感性矿物含量高,油层保护技术难度大。因此优选出了架桥暂堵剂XB-1和油溶性充填暂堵剂YB-2,将它们复配使用后在地层形成内封堵层(内泥饼),用CMJ-2成膜剂在地层形成外封堵层(外泥饼),在内外封堵层的共同作用下,使钻井液API滤失量降至2 mL,高温高压滤失量降至9mL;同时选用了0.35%KPAM、2%聚合醇和(3%~5%)KCl作为抑制剂,通过3种抑制剂的协同作用有效地抑制东一段储层黏土矿物的膨胀;用该钻井液污染后的岩心渗透率恢复值达到88%~100%。现场应用表明,该钻井液能有效地提高平均单井产量,使LYM油田东一段储层保护技术难题得到了较好的解决。The Dongyi Formation in Block LYM has a medium porosity and medium permeability,and high content of minerals sensitive to the disturbance from outside.To protect the reservoir,a temporary bridging agent XB-1 and an oil soluble temporary plugging agent YB-2 were developed.These two agents formed an interior cake in the reservoir formation,and a filming agent,CMJ-2 forms an outer cake on the borehole wall.The interior and the outer mud cakes reduce the API filter loss to 2 mL,and HTHP filter loss to 9 mL.By further treatment of the drill-in fluid with 3 inhibitors,0.35%KPAM,2%poly glycol, and 3%~5%KCl,swelling of the clay minerals in the reservoir is inhibited.Percent ratio of permeability recovery on a core contaminated with this drilling fluid was 88%~100%.Using this drill-in fluid,average single well production was increased in Block LYM.
