摘 要:针对吉林油田伊通地区昌37井三开使用油基钻井液钻井和基底存在花岗岩高压气层的特点,分析了该井的固井技术难点,研究了驱油加重前置液和高温微膨胀防窜水泥浆技术,介绍了关键完井工具的配置和使用情况。现场应用结果表明,YJC驱油冲洗液和DG180加重隔离液能够快速高效地清洗残留油基钻井液,提高顶替效率,改善水泥环胶结质量,且压稳了下部高压气层,保障了固井质量;抗高温微膨胀防窜水泥浆过渡时间短、稠化时间可调、高温稳定性好,水泥石致密、抗压强度高,具有良好的防窜和防腐蚀性;一级固井质量合格率为100%,优质率为97.29%;双级注水泥管串、前置液密度和双凝水泥浆结构设计合理,固井施工作业正常,实现了压稳和防窜的目的,该井形成的配套固井工艺技术可在该地区同类井固井中推广应用。The Well Chang-37 was drilled with oil base mud in the third interval,and this well penetrated the basement rock which is granite containing high pressure gas.Well cementing was done using weighted prepad to drive residue oil from drilling fluid and anti-channeling cement slurry which is slightly swelling at elevated temperatures.The configuration and use of the critical cementing tools was introduced in this paper. Field application showed that the YJC flushing fluid and the DG180 weighted spacer quickly and effi- ciently cleaned the residue oil from oil base mud,and the cementation of cement sheath was improved.The high pressure gas zone was controlled in place,and the cementing quality improved.The anti-channeling cement slurry has a short transient time,adjustable thickening time,and good high temperature performance. Set cement is very tight and has high compressive strength and leaking control capacity.The percent'up to standard'rate of first stage cementing is 100%,of which 97.29%is of high quality.In the twostage cementing job,the design of the cementing string,the density of the prepad,and the rheology of the separable setting cement slurry was reasonable,and the cementing job was done smoothly,controlling the high pressure gas in place and preventing the channeling in cementing.
