黏土水泥浆堵漏液在长距离河流穿越工程中的应用

摘　　要：武汉天兴洲长江大型河流穿越铺管工程是一项典型、重大的水平定向钻井工程,该工程穿越地层复杂,以粉砂土和砾石为主,孔隙、裂隙发育,施工中较为突出的问题是垮孔、漏失严重。应用黏土水泥浆进行了护壁堵漏。通过实验和现场实践证明,黏土水泥浆具有流动性好、抗渗性强、抗冲刷力强、稳定性高等突出特点,能够胶结碎石,有效地稳定、封堵住不稳定漏失地层,防止了孔内事故的发生。A pipe project crossing rivers in Tianxingzhou,Wuhan,involves horizontal well drilling.The formations penetrated by the horizontal well are very complicated and the formation rocks are mainly siltstones and conglomerate.Fractures and fissures are highly developed and always result in borehole sloughing and loss of circulation.A clay slurry was used to stop loss of circulation during drilling.Experiments and field practice showed that the clay slurry used has good flow property and high impermeability,and can stand against strong erosion.The clay slurry also cements detritus.Lost circulation was minimized by the use of this clay slurry.
