摘  要:[目的]进一步探讨外源亚精胺(Spd)调控雌花分化的生理基础。[方法]研究外源Spa及其抑制剂DCHA(二环己胺)对黄瓜去顶苗雌花分化中生化物质变化、雌花分化率的影响。[结果]Spd处理的黄瓜去顶苗在雌花分化中嫩枝的可溶性蛋白质含量明显高于CK组的,而抑制DCHA处理的却低于CK组的;Spd处理的黄瓜去顶苗嫩枝的可溶性糖含量于接种后30d时出现峰值,而DCHA处理的含量低于Spd处理及CK组的;接种后24~27d,Spa处理、CK组黄瓜去顶苗嫩枝的淀粉含量30d前后快速上升,33d后再下降;在雌花初现(培养30d)之前,Spa处理的黄瓜去顶苗嫩枝的叶绿素(a十b)含量呈快速上升趋势。[结论]外源Spd促进了黄瓜去顶苗的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、淀粉、叶绿素(a+b)含量和雌花分化率的提高,DCHA的作用与之相反。外施Spa引起的黄瓜去顶苗的生理指标变化有利于雌花分化。[ Objective ] The physiological basis of exogenous spermidine (Spd) in the regulation and control of female flower differentiation was further explored. [ Method] The impact of exogenous Spd and inhibitor-DCHA(dicyelohexylamine) on the variation of chemical and biological substance in female flower differentiation and the rate of female flower differentiation of top-removal cucumber( Cucumis sativus) seedling were studied. [ Results] The content of soluble protein in the soft branch of female flower differentiation of the top-removal cucumber seedling in the treatment of Spd was siginficantly higher than that in CK and in the treatment of the inhibitor---DCHA, lower than that of the CK. The peak of the content of soluble sugar in the soft branch of the top-removal cucumber seedling in the treatment of Spd appeared in the 30th day after the plant was treated and its content in the treatment of DCHA and the CK was lower than that in the treatment of Spd. The content of the starch in the soft branch of the top-removal cucumber seedling in the treatment of Spd and CK was rapid raised in about 30 days after it was treated and then was reduced from the 33th day. Before initial female flowering, the content of chlorophyll ( a + b) in the soft branch of the top-remov- al cucumber seedling in the treatment of Spd was rapidly rising trend. [ Conclusion] The application of the exogenous Spd promoted the con- tent-increasing of soluble protein, soluble sugar, starch, chlorophyll( a + b) and the rate of female flower differentiation but the treatment of DCHA. The physiological change of the top-removal cucumber seedling caused by application of Spd was in favor of its female flower differentiation.
