摘  要:[目的]研究思茅松毛虫生物学习性及取食量。[方法]在室内和林间条件下,系统饲养思茅松毛虫,以林间定株定期系统调查和不定期调查相结合的手段,观察思茅松毛虫的生物学习性、生活史,测定取食量等指标。[结果]在2种饲养条件下,无论是第一代幼虫还是越冬幼虫,其取食量均随着龄期的增加而增加。在林间饲养条件下,第二代幼虫进入5龄期后食量迅猛增加,5龄期是4龄的3.8倍,5~6龄的取食率占所有龄期总和的81.8%;第一代幼虫也从5龄后开始猛然增加,5龄是4龄的2.1倍,5~7龄占85.3%。[结论]2代思茅松毛虫的防治最佳时期都是在4龄以前。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the biological characters of Dendrolimus kikuchii Maxsumura and food comsumption of its larva. [ Method] D. kikuchii Maxsumura were bred under both natural and laboratory conditions. With regular and irregular survey on permanent and temporary sampling trees, the biological characters, life history and food consumption of the pest were observed. [ Result ] Under both rearing conditions, the food consumption of the overwintering and first generation larva increased with instars. In the field survey, the second generation larva' s food consumption increased greatly in 5th instar, it was 3.8 times as much as that of 4th instar. The food consumption in 5th- 6th instars accounted to 81.8% of the total larva phase. The first generation larva' s food consumption also increased greatly in 5th instar, and it was 2.1 times as much as that of 4th instar. The food consumption in 5th - 7th instars accounted to 85.3% of the total larva phase. [ Conclusion ] The best control time of both generations of the pest was before its 4th instar.
