摘 要:[目的]为鱼类的生产繁殖提供理论指导。[方法]在鲤鱼繁殖期前,分别腹腔注射外源激素E2、HCG、HCG+CS,每7 d注射1次,共2次,14 d后观察其形体指标变化和CS的组织学变化。[结果]肉眼观察发现,对照组CS外观松弛,较柔软;各处理组CS外观较充盈,有紧绷感。显微观察发现,对照组CS细胞处于生长初期或中期;E2处理组CS细胞处于生长中末期;HCG+CS处理组CS细胞处于生长末期;HCG处理组CS细胞处于分泌期。HCG处理组鲤鱼的发育进程比HCG+CS处理组更快。对照组雌、雄鲤的平均GSI分别为12.080%和4.630%,其CS平均重量为9.050 mg尾/。雌、雄鲤的CS重量与GSI的回归系数分别为0.900和0.658,决定系数分别为0.81和0.54,其回归方程分别为y=3.69+0.29x和y=3.83+0.37x。[结论]初步研究了外源激素与CS间的相互作用,为渔业生产提供了理论指导。[ Objective ] The purpose of the research was to supply theoretical direction for the production and propagation of fishes. [ Method ] Before the tested carps entered into propagation period, they were injected with external hormones E2, HCG and HCG + CS by intraperitoneal injection resp. for twice with interval of 7 d. After 14 d, the changes of their shape indexes and the histological change of CS were observed. [ Result] It was found through visual observation that the CS of control group had relaxed appearance and was softer and that of various treatment groups had relatively filling appearance and felt compressed. It was found through microscope observation that the CS ceils of control group were in initial or middle growth period, the CS ceils of group treated with E2 were in mid-end growth period, the CS cells of group treated with HCG + CS were in late growth period and the CS cells of group treated with HCG were in secretary phase. The development progress of carps in the group treated with HCG was faster than that in the group treated with HCG + CS. The average GSI values of female and male carps in control group were 12. 080% and 4. 630% resp. and their average weight of CS was 9.050 mg/tail. The regression coefficients between the weights of CS in female and male carps and their GS1 values were 0. 900 and 0. 658 resp. , their determination coefficients were 0. 81 and 0. 54 resp. and their regression equations were y = 3.69 + 0. 29 x and y = 3.83 + 0. 37 x resp. [ Conclusion ] In this paper, the interaction between external hormones and CS was researched preliminarily. It provided theoretical direction for fishery production.
