摘　　要：鹤岗矿业集团公司热电厂的4台75t/h立式旋风炉于1986年投产。十多年来,运行工况一直比较正常。但近年来,各炉均多次发生过热器爆管停炉事故,经检查为过热器管管壁局部磨损严重造成,文中对此种锅炉过热器管磨损的原因进行分析,并提出一些处理建议。Hegang Mining Group,four thermal power plant of the 75 t/h Tornado vertical furnace production in 1986.For more than a decade,working conditions have been relatively normal.In recent years,the furnace are a number of superheater tube rupture accident shutdown,check for local superheater tube wall wear and tear caused by the serious,such paper boiler superheater tube wear and tear of the reasons for analysis and put forward some proposals to deal with.
